Why is it different from other tools?
Different tools check different things and weight them differently, so scores are not comparable between tools. What matters is the list of specific problems, which is why that list is the main part of the results here.
Does a high score mean I will rank?
No, and any tool that suggests otherwise is selling something. This checks that a page is technically sound and properly described. Ranking depends on content quality, search intent, competition and links — none of which a page checker can see.
Why does my JavaScript site score badly?
This reads the HTML as your server sends it, which is what a crawler that does not run JavaScript sees. If your content only appears after scripts run, that is worth knowing — Google renders most pages eventually, but not immediately, and other crawlers may never.
